Terms and Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions apply to any orders that are placed with Actif Wear
Terms of payment and Pricing
- Actif Wear requires pre-payment for goods ordered, unless the customer has an approved credit account.
- Customers with an approved credit account have 30 days to pay from the date the invoice is issued, unless otherwise stated on the invoice or agreed by Actif Wear in writing.
- Actif Wear reserves the right to change prices after quotation, subject to variation in import exchange rates.
Returns & Refunds
- Refunds will only be applicable if the product is defective due to a fault on our behalf.
- Refunds will not be accepted in any case where the product is defective through a fault of the buyer.
- As the products we are supplying are customised, we cannot accept any returns on printed or embroidered clothing unless it is a fault on behalf of Actif Wear.
Garment Specification
- Although we try to ensure garments are of the highest quality, there are occasionally cases in which we have a variation in colour shades between garments. We will not accept any claim as a result of this.
Returning Sample Products
- All samples that are sent out to the buyer must be returned within 30 days of the date dispatched. Unreturned samples will be charged at cost rate, unless otherwise stated by Actif Wear.
Origination of Design Charges
- We do not return any embroidery disks to the buyer, unless they have specifically paid a fee for the origination of the design and have requested a copy to be returned to them. Printing origination costs are solely for the purpose of setting up screens and printing film, and these will be kept for a period of time at our discretion.
Delivery
- Any shortages must be notified to Actif Wear by writing within 5 days of receiving the order. Damaged or opened boxes must be notified to Actif Wear and must either be refused or checked on delivery.
- Any delivery dates that are given when quoting are an approximation and should only be used as a guideline.
