Ordering Process

We want to ensure that the ordering process is as painless as possible, so that you receive:

  • The Right Garments
  • Embroidered/Printed and customised to your exact specifications
  • Delivered to the correct Address, when promised!

Before you Order

1) Choose your Garments and how you want them customised (with Printing and/or Embroidery) from our Online Catalogue.

2) Check that the prices are within your budget by using our Instant Pricing function (for limited range of garments only) and
Request a Quote - Providing as much info about your requirements as possible, and we’ll respond with a confirmed price.

3) Decide to use Actifwear Ltd, and ensure your expectations are met - see Galleries for Satisfied Customers!

After you've Ordered

6) We analyse your order, and if okay to proceed, e-mail you a pro-forma invoice for pre-payment

7) Actifwear Ltd takes Payment via Cheque, Debit/Credit Card or Bank Transfer (unless other Payment terms have been agreed with Actifwear Ltd)

8) We’ll send visuals of embroidered logos/design layout and give you an approximate Date of Delivery (usually 10-15 working days, unless otherwise agreed)

9) We produce your customised Clothing, Quality check them and finally despatch them to you by the agreed date!

10) You receive your garments, exactly as requested, on time. If you could please let us know once your delivery has arrived it would be much appreciated.

4) Once you have a Quote from us that you are happy with complete our order form. Call us on 01858 461686 if you have any problems.

5) If your order requires personalisation of garments then please download, complete & email back to us a Personalisation Spreadsheet.

Remember to include all of the required info on the order form & personalisation form, and check all details(i.e Names, Numbers) are correct before sending.
