Ordering your Garments from Actifwear

So, you have already received a quote from us and you like the great prices and the guarantee of our outstanding service. Next step is to send us the details to enable us to invoice you and start working on your order.

The steps in the ordering process are:

• Fill in our Order page (where invoice/delivery, design, garment details are confirmed)
• We will then check your order and e-mail through an invoice for payment (non-credit approved customers only)
• Once payment has been received (see payment options) your goods will be delivered within approx 10-15 working days, unless otherwise agreed with Actifwear

- Before production commences you will receive a visual of embroidered logos/design layout to approve, so keep an eye on your emails

- After approval of visuals, production will start (so please make sure that you have double checked all visuals before approval, as mistakes cannot be rectified, or changes made, afterwards) and your goods will be carefully Embroidered/Printed, quality checked and despatched to your requested delivery address

- If you could please confirm receipt of goods once received that would be much appreciated
